It almost felt like as soon as Kinky Boots finished, Christmas was on its way and on it came in the way of auditions for Elf the musical. I knew that there would be massive competition for Buddy the Elf. I was right as this part came right down to the wire!

This show was demanding, fun, exciting, challenging and festive, all combining in a truly special memory that will live with me forever. As it was nearly Christmas time this show was magical as the audience was full of kids with Christmas cheer!

Both physically and mentally demanding, this role set me up for what would be possible in the future. I even took the liberty of sending some kids personalised messages with Buddy and Santa.

This is a show that I would absolutely put myself forward for again.
